It all started in 2017 with a cooking show. A cooking show about Chocolate
At first, it was baked goods oozing with Chocolate but soon enough thanks to some great chit chat
I had with one of my Customers the idea for a chocolate bar was born.
That first year I ended the season with about 12 flavours in three Varieties.
by Christmas of 2019, there were over 50 Flavours and 6 Varieties
Now in 2021, I have a shop at 39 Main street Cobden, and I am losing count. the inspiration for more seems endless.

Practices
All of my Chocolate Bars are handmade by me. My kitchen is inspected by the Renfrew County Health District. I use excellent quality ingredients and I choose local whenever I can.
