My name is Emily Prospero and I am the owner of Snark, a small-batch, Burnstown based coffee roaster with a passion for bringing out the very best of each coffee growing region’s flavours. Our product is for people who love very fresh coffee.

I have over a decade of experience in the coffee industry and love roasting hand-selected and blended organic, direct-trade coffee.

Snark coffee is organic, freshly roasted, ethically sourced and sustainably packaged.
