Hi my name s Beth Miller and together with my husband Frank Foran we live on Donegal Windmill Farm just outside the village of Eganville. Together we operate Beth’s Kitchen. Having been a homemaker for many years, baking and preserving became a passion of mine. Many of the recipes I use have been handed down from my grandmother and mom. I make a variety of traditional jams and marmalade’s and I love adding my own twist into a recipe. My Millionaire Relish is by far the most popular. I make a wide variety of dessert breads. My Heavenly Lemon Loaf is well heavenly.
All baking and canning is done in our personal kitchen which has been inspected by the Renfrew County Health Unit. Completed courses pertaining to the business include Good Agricultural Practices Workshop for fresh fruit and vegetable growers/packers course Feb 25, 2015 put on by OMAFRA. Frank and I both have our safe food handling certificates. Also I have completed the Food Safety at Farmers Markets course Apr 3, 2013 put on by the Leeds, Granville & Lanark Health Unit.
